Cat Ba National Park and Hien Hao Village day
This immersive tour combines a visit to the National Park, Trung Trang cave with exploration of Hien Hao village, including a local lunch, a bike ride, and visits to a historic temple and cave, offering an authentic cultural and natural experience.
Most day trips only show you the National Park. This one keeps going: after the climb to Ngu Lam Peak through Kim Giao forest, you cycle on to Trung Trang Cave, then descend into Hien Hao — a quiet village on Cat Ba's rarely-visited west side. Along the way you'll stop at Đền Mẫu Bà, a temple tied to local legend, and Hien Hao Mother Temple, said to be the most sacred site on the island dedicated to the Mother Goddess. Lunch is home-cooked with a Hien Hao family, followed by an easy-paced bike ride through the village's lanes, valleys, and hillsides — a full day that moves from mountain, to cave, to village life.
