Two days, small group, no crowds — cycle to Trung Trang Cave and Hien Hao's villages, then cruise Lan Ha Bay by kayak on our own boat.

Experience Cat Ba Island over two days in an intimate, small-group setting, free from crowds. On the first day, cycle through the island's tranquil villages to discover Trung Trang Cave, a remarkable 300-metre limestone formation first explored in 1938, featuring chambers adorned with stalactites dating back up to 6 million years. Continue your journey to the bee farms of Hien Hao commune before unwinding at Cat Ba Ecolodge, nestled within a serene pine forest. On the second day, embark on a private Langur boat reserved exclusively for your group of 2 to 10 guests. Cruise among the majestic limestone karsts of Lan Ha Bay, kayak into secluded lagoons, and enjoy swimming in crystal-clear waters before savoring a freshly prepared lunch on board. This program is ideal for couples, friends, and families seeking a relaxed and immersive Cat Ba experience, without the rush of a single-day tour.

        • If you are active travelers & nature lovers – you will take cycling, kayaking, and light hiking while being surrounded by beautiful landscapes.
        • If you like history & culture enthusiasts – there will be visiting to historic site and local commune.

        What to bring
          • Passport & Visa (if required) – keep a copy in case of loss.
          • Cash & Cards – Vietnam is still cash-friendly; small bills for taxis, street food, and local markets.
          • Travel Insurance – highly recommended.
          • Summer clothes from April to November, warm clothes from December to March)
          • Comfortable clothing, arm cover sleeves and closed toed shoes for cycling
          • Swimwear, sandals, towel and clean clothes for swimming and kayaking
          • Sunscreen & hat – strong sun, especially in central & southern Vietnam.
          • Insect repellent – for mosquitoes (dengue & malaria risk in some areas).
          • Basic medicines – stomach relief, painkillers, motion sickness pills.
          • Reusable water bottle – stay hydrated; bottled/filtered water is safest.
          • Universal travel adapter – Vietnam uses 220V, plugs A, C, D, G.
          • Phone & power bank – maps, Grab (ride hailing), translation apps are very useful.
          • Camera – for landscapes, markets, temples.
          • Daypack – for daily trips.
